What is Old is New Again

In photography, process, wander

I like to revisit old work. This week I’m feeling renewed affection for an image of Bannister House, Grand Gulch, Utah from November 2012. I like the interplay of light, shade and shadow on the roughhewn canyon wall, and the contrast with that delicate wood bannister. Also, what a great day: beautiful weather, a fun easy stroll up-canyon, and unusual solitude in this very visited location.
